We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal property during the session. Please ensure that you keep your belongings secure. If you bring any valuables, we recommend keeping them with you at all times or leaving them at home.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

No Refund Policy-Please note that no refunds will be issued for sound bath sessions. Only rescheduling (subject to availability) and credit will be issued 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation.
Rescheduling Requests:

You may request to reschedule your session by providing a written request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the current schedule.
Late Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your reservation will not be accepted.

Participants who fail to attend their scheduled session (no-shows) will not receive a refund or option to reschedule.
