Hall Rental Policy

1. Reservation and Booking:

- All hall reservations must be made through our designated reservation system or with the property manager.

- A deposit equivalent to [specific amount or percentage] of the rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

- Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

2. Payment and Fees:

- Rental fees must be paid in full no later than [specific time period] prior to the event date.

- Additional fees may apply for services such as catering, equipment rental, cleaning, security, etc., and will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement.

- Cancellation policies and associated fees will be specified in the rental agreement.

- Any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges based on assessment.

3. Rules and Regulations:

- Renters are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to the venue.

- Noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits, and all music and activities must cease by the agreed-upon end time.

- Smoking, open flames, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- Renters are accountable for the behavior of their guests and must ensure that all attendees adhere to the rules and regulations of the venue.

4. Insurance and Liability:

- Renters must provide proof of liability insurance for their event, with the property owner named as an additional insured party.

- The property owner accepts no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

- Renters are encouraged to obtain event insurance coverage to mitigate unforeseen circumstances or liabilities.

5. Security and Clean-Up:

- Renters may be required to hire security personnel, depending on the scale and nature of their event as advised by the property manager.

- The rental agreement will specify the expectations for cleaning and leaving the premises in the same condition as it was found.

- Failure to comply with the clean-up requirements can result in additional charges for cleaning services and may impact future bookings.


Non-compliance with the Hall Rental Policy may result in penalties, forfeiture of deposit, or cancellation of the event without refund. The property management reserves the right to take necessary action to enforce the terms of the policy and protect the interests of all parties involved.
