**No Refund Policy** - Please note that no refunds will be issued for sound bath sessions. Only rescheduling (subject to availability) and credit will be issued 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation. **Rescheduling Requests** - You may request to reschedule your session by providing a written request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the current schedule. **Late Rescheduling and Cancellations** - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your reservation will not be accepted. - Participants who fail to attend their scheduled session (no-shows) will not receive a refund or option to reschedule.
