**Sound Healing Session Policy** **Introduction:** Welcome to our sound healing sessions. For everyone’s safety, comfort, and privacy, please read and acknowledge this waiver policy. Your participation indicates understanding and agreement to all terms below.** **Medical Disclaimer:** Sound healing is complementary and not a replacement for medical treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have medical conditions, physical limitations, or mental health concerns.** **Recording Authorization:** We may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you allow us to use images or recordings of you in various media without compensation.** **Personal Property:** We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property during sessions. Keep your belongings secure and consider leaving valuables at home.** **Special Needs and Accommodations:** We aim to make sessions accessible to everyone. If you have special requirements, contact us at 646-206-9466 in advance, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.** **Waiver and Release:** By attending, you release and hold harmless our business and staff from claims or damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.** **Confidentiality:** We respect your privacy. While we may use images for promotion, we won’t share personal health information without your consent.** **Right to Refuse Service:** We reserve the right to refuse service for non-adherence to policies or disruptive behavior.** **Payment Policy:** Full payment is required upon reservation acceptance. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.** **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** No refunds are issued. Rescheduling or credits are available if requested 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.** **Late Rescheduling and Cancellations:** Requests made within 48 hours of the reservation are not accepted. No-shows will not receive refunds or rescheduling options.** **Health and Safety Guidelines:** Inform us of any health concerns prior to the session.
